CENTRAL UPLOAD RULES
1. Harian: one ID/name per line.
2. Turn Over: ID=Nominal
3. Roda Bonus: ID=Poin
4. Filename for every upload must be ddmmyyyy.txt, example 11082026.txt.
5. Existing active winner file is backed up automatically before replacement.

Original uploader files and winner histories remain included. The new central admin writes to the same active winner files used by each original system.

IMPORTANT VPS PERMISSIONS
The PHP user must be able to write:
  /event/harian/
  /event/bulananturnover/pemenang/
  /event/bonusroda/pemenang/
  /event/admin/   (for admin-password.json)

Suggested permissions are owner/group writable, not world-writable.
